How long have you been in business?

Forever His Couture has been in business since November 17, 2011. I originally started this business with local customers while my husband was stationed in 29 palms and after a lot of positive feedback I decided to make my items available worldwide. I have shipped all over the world from Australia, Japan, China, Canada, New England to name a few. I also ship to APO/FPO which are military bases addresses. 

Which size should I order? 

All listings contain a size chart  with measurements to provide a more accurate sizing reference. You may also use the "Happy Customers" tab which contains a photo gallery of previous customers wearing their order. The photo may note which size they ordered. If your unable to locate the size used please forward the image or a screenshot of that item and I will provide you with the size used for that customer. Emails can be sent to FHC@Foreverhiscouture.com. 

How do I know my order was submitted and received? 

A order receipt should be provided to the email associated with the order. If you're unable to locate the order receipt in your email address please contact me at FHC@Foreverhiscouture.com or use the "Contact Us" tab with the name associated with the order or at least details about the order submitted. 

When will I receive my order? 

Turnaround for most items is 10-12 business days. Please understand there is a process of making each & every item. I am a one-person shop. What exactly does that mean? I run my website, print order receipts, order supplies, make the designs, cut out designs, embroidered and sew orders (if applicable) , complete orders as requested by customers, pack and ship each order, and make a trip to the post office. I do NOT have a postman/mailman who can pick up my ready to ship orders. Since I live in a small rural town in San Bernardino County I have to personally take all orders to the post office, I wait in line to hand deliver them to the Postal clerk and pick up supplies. 

How will my order be shipped and delivered? 

All orders are shipped Free via the United States Post Office (USPS). I use USPS first class for blouses, tank tops, jerseys, lightweight jackets and USPS priority for hoodies/pullover because there heavier weight items.  

What does shipped free mean?

Free shipping means that I (Forever His Couture) personally pay the USPS postage for the order to be delivered to you. Your order receipt will reflect this when you see that you were NOT charged for shipping in the shipping column/tab.  *This is subject to change at any time since Postage rates are constantly going up.  

How long is USPS delivery once shipped? 

All orders are shipped from Southern California. If the order is shipped USPS first class delivery can be 2-5 business days. If an order is shipped USPS priority delivery is 1-3 business days. I do not guarantee delivery dates. If you'd like to upgrade your shipping method please contact me as soon as possible to pay for the extra upgrade in shipping. 

My order has been mark as “shipped" how can I track it? 

All orders are shipped with free USPS tracking. Tracking will be provided via email. Your order is shipped to the address noted in the "Shipping Address" tab/box.  An automated “shipped” email is sent to the email associated with the order/account. This email/update will contain a USPS tracking number.  Once you have a USPS tracking number available you may copy and paste the number to the USPS.com website and insert it into the tracking section. This will provide you with updates such as "accepted, in transit, at local facility, at local post office, out for delivery, etc". You may also sign up for tracking updates via Text message or Email. The updates should provide you with a step by step update and will even notify you of when the order has been delivered. (Data rates may apply). 

Do I need to sign for my package to be delivered? 

No, you do not need to sign for the order. Signing for an ordered is an extra expense and not included in the free shipping method. The order once placed in the post office possession will be handled and delivered by them. If you need further assistance with locating your package or for tracking updates please call your local post office (google search your area for a post office & their phone number) or you may call their customer service number which may be found on the USPS.com website.  

I'd like to return my order for a refund, how do I do that? 

All items are customized just for you & are final sale. I do not cancel orders once received, issue refunds for an order or offer exchanges. Please understand I am a small at home business. I do not have a huge warehouse, hundreds of employees, or have orders already made and ready to ship. As ideal as that would be I do not have the funds available to compete with larger scale businesses who can ship out and deliver orders quickly.  I do my best with what is available to me. I hope you understand.
